4. Service Fee and Payment
The service fee is the amount shown to the user at the time of purchase. Payments are collected through the PayTR payment infrastructure. For domestic credit card payments in Türkiye, instalments at the cash price for up to 12 months may be offered depending on card and campaign eligibility. Instalments are not available for payments made with foreign cards.
5. Invoice
The invoice for the service fee is issued according to the billing information provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that billing information is accurate and current.
6. Performance of the Service
For digital services, performance may begin when the user accesses the account, the panel is opened, the website creation process starts, hosting, SSL, or domain processes are activated, source files are made available, or the website publishing process begins.
7. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refunds
The services purchased are digital in nature. Once payment is confirmed, account access is granted, the panel is opened, or digital performance begins, collected fees are not refunded. The Buyer carries out account cancellation through the user panel. Cancellation through the panel does not create a refund request for a paid period or package. Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, it may not be available where digital performance begins with the Buyer’s consent; in that case no refund is made.
8. Service Access After Cancellation
After account cancellation, panel access, publishing, and package services end according to the purchased period or package terms. Costs already incurred for domain, hosting, SSL certificates, source files, and third-party provider processes are not treated as refundable.
9. Delivery
Delivery of digital services takes place electronically. Website panel access, publishing links, source files, hosting access, SSL status, or domain redirection may be treated as digital delivery.
10. Buyer Obligations
The Buyer accepts the following obligations:
- Providing accurate and current information
- Submitting complete payment and billing information
- Checking that content to be published complies with law
- Not using another party’s images, brands, texts, or content without permission
- Reviewing AI-assisted suggestions before publishing
- Being responsible for website content and sector-related statements
11. Provider Obligations
Blaxn is obliged to provide the service in line with the purchased package, operate the technical infrastructure with reasonable care, run payment and service processes securely, and review support requests.
12. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, internet infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, third-party provider outages, legal regulations, payment infrastructure issues, and events beyond the parties’ control are treated as force majeure.
13. Disputes
For consumer transactions, the relevant consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts have jurisdiction. For commercial transactions, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
14. Entry into Force
By making payment, creating an account, or starting to use the service, the Buyer is deemed to accept this Distance Sales Agreement.
