Terms of Use

Parties

Service provider: İsmail Hakkı Aşıkkutlu Sole Proprietorship. Brand: Blaxn. User/Customer: any natural or legal person who accesses the Blaxn platform, creates an account, purchases services, or uses the website creation process.

Scope of Services

Blaxn may provide the following services:

• Online website creation
• Website development
• Sector-focused ready-made page structures
• AI-assisted content suggestions
• Multilingual website management
• Source file downloads
• Hosting service purchases
• SSL certificate activation
• Domain services
• Website publishing
• Turnkey website creation and development
• Technical support and maintenance services

Account Registration

When creating an account on Blaxn, the user must provide accurate, current, and personally attributable information. Account security, including protection of the username, email address, and password, is the user’s responsibility.

User Obligations

The user agrees to comply with the following rules:

• Using the platform lawfully
• Not infringing the rights of third parties
• Not creating misleading, unlawful, or harmful content
• Not using actions, bots, spam, or malicious software that could harm the system
• Not using another party’s brand, image, text, or content without permission
• Not copying services without authorisation, reverse engineering them, or misusing them

Content Responsibility

Website content created on Blaxn, company information, texts, images, product or service descriptions, and all published content belong to the user. The user is responsible for ensuring that this content complies with law, consumer legislation, advertising rules, intellectual property rights, and third-party rights.

AI-Assisted Content

Blaxn may use AI-assisted tools for content creation and page structure suggestions. Content suggested by AI is draft in nature. Before publishing, the user must review, verify, and adapt it to their own field of activity.

Payment and Invoicing

Blaxn services may include paid or free plans. For paid services, payment may be collected through the PayTR infrastructure. For domestic credit card payments in Türkiye, instalments at the cash price for up to 12 months may be offered depending on card and campaign eligibility. Instalments are not available for foreign cards. Fees for digital services purchased through Blaxn are not refunded because of the nature of the service.

Account Cancellation and Refunds

Account cancellation is carried out through the Blaxn user panel. Cancelling an account does not entitle the user to a refund of fees already collected. Cancellation ends panel access, stops renewal, and produces other consequences depending on the purchased package terms. Refund requests are not evaluated for digital service sales.

Hosting, SSL, and Domain

Hosting, SSL certificate, and domain services may be provided by Blaxn or managed through third-party providers depending on the service package. Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and cancellation processes may be subject to the rules of the relevant registry organisations.

Source Files

Depending on the purchased service scope, the right to download source files may be offered. The scope of source files, delivery format, and usage rights are determined by the purchased package.

Service Continuity

Blaxn takes the technical measures needed to deliver services without interruption. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure provider outages, cyberattacks, force majeure, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.

Intellectual Property

The Blaxn brand, interfaces, software structure, design system, code, logos, content framework, and platform components belong to İsmail Hakkı Aşıkkutlu Sole Proprietorship or the relevant rights holders. Except for rights expressly granted to the user, these elements may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used without permission.

Suspension of Service

Blaxn may suspend or terminate the service if the user breaches these terms, fails to meet payment obligations, publishes unlawful content, or risks system security.

Limitation of Liability

Blaxn is not responsible for the accuracy of content provided by the user, outages of third-party service providers, user errors, or unlawful use of content.

Disputes

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes between the parties. For consumer transactions, consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts apply; for commercial transactions, the competent courts and enforcement offices are determined under applicable law.

Updates

Blaxn may update these Terms of Use according to changes in the service scope and applicable legislation.
